Pursuant to City Ordinance 2427, construction noise is limited to the following:

Summer Construction Hours (May 15 - September 15)

• Monday through Friday (excluding Federal holidays): 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday (and Federal holidays): 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. 

Non-Summer Construction Hours (September 16 - May 14)

• Monday through Sunday: 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Report a Construction Noise Violation

To report a construction noise ordinance violation, please report the violation immediately while it is occurring directly to the non-emergency line at the PVPD - (913) 642-6868.
