Under the terms of the Homes Association Construction Notice Ordinance, homes associations registered with the City are notified when the City receives permit applications to:

• Demolish a residential structure
• Increase the interior square footage of a residential structure
• Alter the building footprint of a residential structure

Homes associations are notified when permits authorizing these projects are issued.
