The Prairie Village Police Department is proudly celebrating National Night Out on Tuesday, August 1, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. behind Chill in the Village in the Shops of Prairie Village. National Night Out (NNO) is a partnership between police and the community. There will be police equipment to explore, including our D.A.R.E. Mustang, C.I.R.T. (Critical Incident Response Team) equipment, and the Consolidated Fire District No. 2 will also be in attendance with one of their fire trucks. There will be refreshments including hotdogs and ice cream, so bring the family out to see and meet some of your hometown heroes!
