Celebrate with the ‘Kansas Arbor Day Poster Contest’ Winner, Evelyn Stidham, at 10 a.m., April 23 at McCrum Park, 6920 Roe Ave. Evelyn, a student at Highlands Elementary, has presented an outstanding creative representation of how ‘We All Need Kansas Trees for Resilient Ecosystems!’ Through artistic expression, Evelyn has communicated a message of hope for the future of our planet. Two trees have been donated and planted at McCrum Park in Evelyn's honor.
