Effective June 1, 2021, the City of Prairie Village will operate under the 2018 International Building Codes adopted by the International Code Council, and as amended by the City, when reviewing building plans for commercial and residential projects.

• 2018 International Fuel Gas Code
• 2018 International Energy Conservation Code
• 2017 National Electrical Code

• 2018 Property Maintenance Code
• 2018 International Fire Code

All plans must also comply with the City's zoning regulations.
