The Prairie Village Tree Board currently has a volunteer position open.  The Tree Board is responsible for investigating and making recommendations to the City Council on policies relating to trees, shrubs and other plantings upon city-owned property. The Tree Board also commemorates Arbor Day with an annual event as well as promotes tree education and information at the annual Fall Seminar.
