The City of Prairie Village will make improvements to Porter and Windsor Parks and continue upgrades at Bennett and Taliaferro Parks throughout the summer of 2016. We’re excited about the opportunity to enhance our City parks and seek the community’s input on the proposed improvements.

Citizens are invited to attend an open house public meeting from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 21st, 2016 at the Prairie Village Community Center. There will not be a formal presentation on the projects so stop by any time during the meeting to view park renderings, ask questions, and offer feedback. Drawings presented at the meeting will be posted on the City’s website at www.pvkansas.com/projects.

Feedback received at this meeting will be taken into account as the final park plans are developed and construction will begin summer of 2016.
