• PC2013-04 - Amendment to Special Use Permit for Private School - Monarch Montessori School - 7501 Belinder Ave
• PC2013-05 - Request for Special Use Permit for Adult Senior Dwellings - Mission Chateau - 8500 Mission Rd
• PC2013-114 - Site Plan Approval for Mission Chateau - 8500 Mission Rd
