The Prairie Village Jazz Festival will begin at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 10 in Harmon Park.
The annual event, which was canceled in 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, brings people together to enjoy an evening of music, artistry, food, drink, and fun. Tickets will be sold at the gate only. There will be no early ticket sales. The cost is $5 per adult, cash only. Admission is free for those who are 18 and younger.
Now in its 11th year, the Prairie Village Jazz Festival offers our community the opportunity to enjoy top jazz acts, all with hometown Kansas City connections, in a fun, family-friendly and convenient setting in the heart of Prairie Village. The festival lineup is as follows:
3:05 - 3:35 - Shawnee Mission East Blue Knights
4:00 - 4:50 - Back Alley Brass Band
5:10 - 6:00 - Ray Keller Octet
6:20 - 7:20 - Eddie Moore
7:45 - 9:15 - The Adam Larson Band featuring Terell Stafford
