The City is holding an informational meeting to discuss proposed updates to the City’s zoning regulations. This meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 17 in the Council Chambers at City Hall – located at 7700 Mission Road. The proposed changes include revisions to the zoning requirements for signs, alternative energy systems, wireless facilities, site plans, and special use/conditional use permits and a proposed new section for landscaping requirements on commercial properties.
The meeting will start with a presentation summarizing the proposed changes followed by an opportunity for Q&A.
