Recycle your electronics and much, much more on Sat. Oct. 29th from 8 am to 2 pm at Black & Veatch.

Items that can be recycled:

• Used carpet and padding
• Old cell phones
• Clothing and housewares
• Durable medical equipment
• Furniture
• Fabric, notions
• Bicycles
• On-site shredding of sensitive documents: Suggested donation of $5 for a standard size file box and $10 for larger quantities
• Electronics: computer CPUs, keyboards, mice, VCRs, stereos, scanners and personal printers; $10 to $25 fee for computer monitors, televisions and large printers

The day of recycling and reuse is sponsored by Black & Veatch, Sprint and the cities of Leawood, Mission Hills, Overland Park and Prairie Village.
